Cancellation Policy

We are able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 30 business days prior to your pick up date. After that, you need to contact us for cancellations. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee within 30 days of your pickup date and receive a 50% refund on your purchase. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the pickup date. No refunds will be given for any cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies and boxes. Any cookies that are not picked up 24 hours after the appointment time has ended will be forfeited with no refund given unless other arrangements have been made with us. Pickup times cannot be changed after booking. We will not do pickups earlier or later than the times selected, except for extenuating circumstances. Mini cookies are simpler in design and finally designs on all cookies is up to the bakers discretion. Class reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the class date for a full refund. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given. There will be no refunds given on holiday orders or pre-sales.
